Celebrating the July in All of Us 

Hi. Welcome to my web site, the place where I share ideas, muse on writing and life and comment on books I've read. Rain and cool nights have blessed our state with an abundance of green.  I've harvested peas, potatoes and cherry tomatoes already. The beans are in flower, as are story ideas. I tend, nurture, weed and feed the plants and my Muse. Hope you are doing the same.

With many lit journals closed to summer reading, I don't have much to report this month. I received an encouraging rejection yesterday - they read my piece with "more than casual interest" and although they won't be printing it, please "send more of your work." I sent the story out in February and just got their reply July 1.
